Finishing Work

I'm pleased to offer a variety of finish carpentry related services. If you don't see something specifically listed in any of my services doesn't mean I don't do that work! Feel free to ask and I'll let you know what I can do.

Trim Work

I thoroughly enjoy all sorts of trim work, from baseboard, to trimming out doors and windows, as well as crown molding. I'm also more than willing to do beadboard and wainscotting, or decorative picture frame molding.

There's a lot that can be done to kitchens, and I'm happy to help! I can install or alter cabinets, build decorative shelving, place counter tops, and install a new tile back splash to give your kitchen a fresh look!

Attention to detail really shines in all forms of finish work, and is not a place where you want a company to cut corners. I'm happy to do any form of painting for you. From walls, to ceilings, doors, and trim, I don't mind painting and like to set my finishes apart by using a top of the market finish sprayer when possible. This keeps brush marks from being an eye sore on the finished product.

Everyone appreciates a well done floor, and since it sees a lot of use it's important to make sure it's squeak free and done right! I can replace old sub-flooring to get rid of squeaks, and will cover it with various kinds of hardwood or tiling. I'm also willing and able to restore old wood flooring to give it a fresh look! I do not, however, install carpet.

Sometimes walls need an update too! Old plaster or dingy panels can easily be replaced with some clean sheetrock! I am not a large scale drywaller by any means, but am more than happy to hang and mud drywall individual rooms or smaller portions of a home.

Windows and Doors

Nice doors and windows do a lot more for a house than people realize. Squaring up doors and windows and making sure they function properly is my primary concern when installing them! I also enjoy Replacing hardware or adding new hardware to make the existing doors more functional.

Exterior Work

We have a limited prime season for exterior work here in Wyoming, so don't let your project fall through the cracks! I'm here to help make sure your project is finished before the cold sets back in

From watching the sunrise or sunset, a porch or deck is a wonderful place to spend time with friends and family, or simply enjoy some moments of silence alone. I can build from scratch, alter the old, or add on to existing structures. Wood or composite, I've done both!

New siding can also do a lot to spruce up a tired looking house. I can do vinyl, wood, board and batten, shake, or hardie board siding.

There are a fair amount of other exterior projects to be done. I can spray garage doors with a fresh coat of paint, build a shed, install new exterior doors, swap out exterior lighting, or replace windows while it's nice and warm out!

"Rough" Work

Sometimes in order to make your room the way you want it you first need to bring it to its bare bones! The "rough" work is a much needed step for the finish work to have its place.

Out with the old, in with the new! Demo is a necessary step sometimes, and from years of flipping houses and remodeling rooms, I've done a lot of it! I can demo interiors, or exterior attachments and haul them away to get your dream on its way to a reality!

After ripping things apart, the first step is to start putting the new together, and that often requires framing. This is a crucial step that requires more attention to detail than many give it. If the framing isn't square the room won't look quite like it ought. That's why I am meticulous when it comes to using math to square everything up when I frame.
